Lily Y. Li
Lily Li is a civil litigator with experience in trade secret and intellectual property litigation, business disputes, and employment matters. Her range of experience includes cases involving trade secret theft, patent infringement, unfair competition, antitrust, wrongful termination, harassment, and discrimination claims.
Prior to joining Brown Wegner, Lily was a patent consultant and director of marketing and business development at IP Checkups, a patent analytics and valuation firm in Berkeley, California. At IP Checkups, Lily worked with manufacturers, researchers, and entrepreneurs in the LED, cleantech, and biotech industries.
